Accaxon specializes in accounting management services, information products, and physical materials designed to support your accounting management needs.

2. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate information, comply with instructions, and maintain secure access credentials.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in your order confirmation. Payment must be made via the methods provided.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Accounting Management Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be applied as credit toward a future session. If you wish to reschedule, please notify us no later than 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund due to preparation commitments; however, a one-time rescheduling may be granted at our discretion.

4.2 Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and downloads are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, all sales of information products are final. No refunds or credits are provided once delivery is confirmed.

4.3 Physical Materials

Printed handbooks and other goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, Accaxon will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days. Exchanges or credits toward other items are available upon request. Returns after 14 days are not accepted.

5. Changes to Terms

Accaxon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our platform with the effective date.
